Through supported training we provide appropriate,                                       non- threatening opportunities  for learning, training and                             qualifications to those furthest from accessing traditional                                    education in West London.

     

We know that by providing an appropriate learning environment we offer opportunities for long-term and sustainable change for individuals.

We deliver:

  • Literacy and Numeracy programmes using social and life skills
  • Tutor-led NVQ level 2 in IT, Customer Services and Business Administration           (due to funding cuts this part of our training service is currently suspended.)
  • Employment skills workshops
  • Team building sessions
  • Sessions facilitated by external agencies and companies
  • Transformational experiences                                            Through the various opportunities available to our residents, they are well positioned to apply for further education,gain employment or move into independent housing.

job coach
Our job coach Rebecca works closely with our residents in order to help them prepare for interview, CV writing and to become "job ready". She works with various other organisations who offer their services and skills to our residents, giving them a real experience of working life.
